Hello! I'm Kristine, the owner of Conn Coaching.

I offer professional coaching services to individuals, team, and bosses.

For individuals: We all have goals we want to achieve, and using the help of a coach can get you where you want to be, faster. When the change you want to make is related to your career (or picking a major at school, or what to do in retirement), The Highlands Ability Battery can be an indispensable tool, to help you align your plans with your natural abilities.

For teams: The most important work of a team is being able to work together well. When working with a team, I will develop a custom program that includes a combination of coaching, The Highlands Ability Battery, and sharing what I have learned from 30+ years of experience and education.

For bosses: It's tough being at the top. And it can be lonely. Having someone you can confide in and talk things through could be the best gift you give yourself, for your well-being and the health of your company. I am trained in Executive Coaching and am ready to support you.
